FinAdvisr’s focus is helping companies get the financing they need. Since it’s not something they do every day, many business owners aren’t sure the best way to get financing, especially if they aren’t a “bankable” credit (due to losses, leverage, or any reason). FinAdvisr’s combines a network of lenders coupled with an underwriting approach that helps get deals across the line.
FinAdvir can help arrange full refinancings, but can also help arrange financing for asset classes (equipment loans, real estate, etc.)

Our Process
Our process is compact and organized! We focus on establishing a timeline, milestones, and the deliverables—teasers, information memorandums, and more—lenders would need. Once we take a deal to the market, we adhere to the timeline with the prospective lenders. The goal is to get the deal done within the specified timeframe, If the timeline looks like it may be slipping, we revisit with the borrower and discuss options.
